Will I find a better price someplace else?

If you do find a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference in the form of a credit of up to $50. Simply send us the advertisement or web page. The product advertised must be a factory sealed box from an authorized dealer offering the same product...used, "B" stock, internet auctions, demos, or the like do not qualify.

Is it really OK to use my credit card online?

Is is safe to have an instrument shipped to me?

Absolutely. We use UPS, CEVA Logistics (formerly EGL Freight), DB Schenker (formerly BAX Global), FedEx, or the USPS to deliver your package. All of the items we ship are packaged carefully to insure that the merchandise arrives in perfect condition. To protect you from a rare incident of damage, we pay for insurance for all of the packages that leave here. Should your package suffer damage, please call a Kraft Music Team Member right away at (800) 783-3368 and we'll take care of you and arrange to send you a replacement.

What if the item I buy is defective? What if I don't like it?

When you purchase an item from Kraft Music, you're covered by our exclusive 20/20 Satisfaction Guarantee. If an item arrives to you with a factory defect that is abnormal, and can not be corrected, report that defect within 20 days of your purchase, and Kraftmusic.com will arrange to replace it at no cost to you...we cover both return shipping and replacement shipping costs!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 20 days for a refund of the purchase price (shipping costs are not refundable, including actual shipping costs that are part of a Free Shipping promotion). The item must be in factory-new condition complete with all of the original packaging, manuals and other provided accessories. This return period is not valid for opened computer software, videos, manuals, books, AC adaptors, cassette recorders, opened electronic percussion pads, used items, special order items, wind controllers, headphones, or any other item that is "health" related. A Return Authorization must be obtained from a Kraft Music Team Member before returning the item.
