Playability
KeyStep Mk2 features a velocity-sensitive 32-note slimkey keyboard with aftertouch for expressive control in a small footprint. Pitch and mod touchstrips provide intuitive realtime shaping, while built-in chord and scale modes make new musical phrases effortlessly explorable.
Ideas machine
KeyStep Mk2 is a generative ideas machine as much as a controller, with its polyphonic step sequencer, 16-mode arpeggiator, pattern chaining and creative tools like pattern mutate all working in symbiosis. Build a riff with the arpeggiator, convert it into a sequence then transform it! Use mutate to hear new variations on the fly, try a different octave, adjust note lengths, add silences, overdub additional notes, record pitch bend and modulation automations – keep ideas evolving with immediacy.

Hook up to virtually anything: alongside USB-C MIDI, 5-pin DIN, sync I/O and a pedal input, KeyStep Mk2 features four CV outputs - pitch, gate, mod 1 and mod 2 - now configurable as velocity, aftertouch, mod wheel and more, ready to control modular hardware gear with expressive precision.

Arturia Hardware Warranty
Arturia hardware warranty is one year parts & labor, except for issues caused by the customer, such as mechanical/electrical damage, that are non-warranty. All warranty repairs/exchanges are handled through the new Arturia Service Center in Bellingham, WA. For warranty service, an RA# must first be obtained from Arturia. Arturia will pay for return shipping of the repaired/exchanged product to the store/customer. Arturia Service may charge a fee (restocking or return to dealer fee) for products that are received with 'no problem found' (returned to Arturia without being tested prior).
Ground shipping is FREE for all orders $99 and up.
