The Privia PX-S3100 takes the award-winning PX-S design to new heights with enhanced piano sound, improved speakers, upgraded Bluetooth connectivity, and more.
Going above and beyond the brilliant piano sound and feel for which Privia is known, The PX-S3100 is designed to be a source of inspiration that fits perfectly into your life. Its sleek design evokes a luxurious concert grand piano, in a beautiful case that’s barely larger than the keys themselves.
The PX-S3100 features 700 stunning Tones including a breathtaking German concert grand piano, with newly enhanced string and damper resonance creating a natural piano experience. You’ll hear the mechanical sounds of dampers rising, keys being pressed, and keys returning to their original position. Hammer response and key-off simulation deliver even greater detail, reacting naturally to your playing dynamics. The PX-S3100 also delivers an entire studio’s worth of effects processing. Its powerful DSP algorithms include a huge and customizable variety of amplifier and cabinet models, modulation effects, EQs, and so much more.
The Smart Scaled Hammer Action Keyboard delivers a superior piano response suitable for any player, with Casio’s unique key scaling system reproducing the individual characteristics of each of the 88 keys. The ebony and ivory textured surfaces provide a confident grip in any playing situation.
With hundreds of built-in Rhythms, you’ll always have a band ready to jam. The variety of Rhythms spans the globe as well as the history of popular music. You’ll find old favorites and chart-topping hits, all played with incredibly realistic instruments that sound better than ever. The drum kits come alive with authentic acoustic drums, vintage drum machine sounds, and a huge collection of percussion instruments and sound effects.
The PX-S3100’s display and touch sensor controls are revealed only when the power button is pressed, and are easy to see and use in any light. They disappear when powered off, leaving only a sleek, clean, piano-like finish. The PX-S3100’s dynamic top panel is context-aware, presenting you only with the controls you need and removing the ones you don’t. The bright, backlit LCD display keeps you informed and makes exploration a breeze.
The PX-S3100 includes a pitch bend wheel for expressive control over its many Tones, plus two assignable knobs that can control its powerful built-in DSP effects and other parameters. In addition to the damper pedal or optional SP-34 3-pedal unit, the PX-S3100 allows you to connect an expression pedal (sold separately) for additional versatility.
The included WU-BT10 Bluetooth MIDI and audio adapter lets you connect wirelessly to your favorite devices with no extra power supply needed. You can play along with your favorite music through the PXS3100’s powerful stereo speaker system, or explore a whole world of Bluetooth LE-compatible MIDI devices and software.
The newly redesigned stereo speaker system delivers crystal-clear sound towards both the player and the audience, with improved drivers creating accurate high and low end response throughout their impressive volume range. Two headphone jacks allow quiet play at any time. Going even deeper, you can even select from four types of Hall Simulation to place your PX-S3100 in the virtual concert space of your dreams, and our unique Surround mode places you right in the center of your music.
Privia pianos are already known for recreating grand piano sound and feel in a compact package, but the PX-S3100 will make you rethink how portable a piano can be. It’s 43% smaller than previous generation Privias without compromising its authentic piano sound and feel. It goes anywhere you need a piano: On a table, on a counter, on a desk, on your bed, the list goes on. Weighing under 25 pounds and with optional 6xAA battery power, the possibilities are endless.
You can make the PX-S3100 an even more beautiful part of your home with the optional wooden CS-68P stand, which places the PX-S3100 at a perfect playing height. Add the optional SP-34 three-pedal unit for even greater authenticity, with rubber feet that cling confidently to any surface
The PX-S3100’s lightweight and impossibly slim design is ideal for any stage or studio. Built-in 1/4” outputs connect to any amplifier, PA system or audio interface, and its high-resolution USB-MIDI connectivity makes it a perfect 88-key controller. The optional SC-800 carrying case (sold separately) holds the PX-S3100 with all of its included accessories plus the optional SP-34 3-pedal unit.
Download the free Casio Music Space for Piano app for iOS and Android to control your PX-S3100 with either a wired con nection or via Bluetooth. You can also learn MIDI songs with a graphical piano roll, learn to play audio files with independently adjustable pitch, tempo and center canceling/isolation, view PDF scores, and more. Capture your ideas with the built-in 3-track MIDI recorder, and when not using the included WU-BT10 Bluetooth adapter, you can connect a drive to the USB-A port to record and play back MIDI songs and WAV audio.
