DWe products are warranted by Drum Workshop, Inc. against defects in materials and workmanship for two years on shells, finishes, cymbals, and electronic components, and one year on drum hardware, from the original date of purchase. Coverage applies only to the original owner with proof of purchase and excludes drumheads, damage from misuse or environmental factors, normal wear, and non-authorized modifications. Warranty service must go through an authorized DWe dealer, with any required shipping costs covered by the purchaser. Terms are subject to change and may vary by location.
