Korg MicroAudio 722 brings Korg's studio-grade engineering straight and a legendary analog filter to your desktop, delivering pure, essential performance with a clean and intuitive layout. The analog filter circuit creates a rich, expressive tone that blurs the line between instrument and interface, giving artists a way to shape sound that digital processing alone cannot replicate.
MicroAudio 722 incorporates the iconic analog filter from Korg MiniKorg 700S, known for its warm, musical response. It can be used as a standalone analog filter or integrated directly into your DAW setup, adding unique tonal shaping possibilities. Connect a guitar or bass to use it as an auto-wah effect, or route digital synthesizers through it to introduce classic analog motion and character. The filter includes low pass, high pass and bypass modes and can process inputs as well as any audio played back from a connected computer. With MIDI in/out connectivity you can automate the filter, synchronize with external hardware and explore creative hybrid workflows that blend digital precision with Minikorg 700S's distinctive analog behavior.
MicroAudio 722 offers a pristine, open sound with a strong sense of depth and generous headroom in a compact, desktop-ready design. Studio-grade preamps are tuned for musical gain with minimal noise, prioritizing clarity while avoiding excess circuitry. 24-bit/192kHz audio support and balanced inputs and outputs provide high-quality recording and playback. From detailed vocal work to layering synthesizers or performing live, every nuance is faithfully captured.
Each channel of MicroAudio 722 features versatile mic, line and Hi-Z inputs with 48V phantom power, plus an assignable noise gate and either a compressor or limiter for smooth, musical gain with minimal noise. These processors can be applied not only to input signals, but also to any audio played back from a connected computer*. Front-panel knobs provide direct access to essential functions, while zero-latency direct monitoring ensures immediate feedback during recording or live performance. The headphone output can be assigned independently from the main outputs, allowing you to route a click track exclusively to headphones or to monitor cue signals when connected to DJ applications*. The Stereo Link function allows both channels to be controlled simultaneously with a single knob, making it ideal for stereo synthesizers and other paired sources. This workflow keeps the technical side simple so you can stay focused on creating.

Bundled exclusively with MicroAudio interfaces, Filter Ark is Korg's next-generation filter plug-in for DAW-based production. It faithfully reproduces legendary analog filters from Korg MS-20, Polysix, MiniKorg 700S and ARP Odyssey, while introducing new models such as physically modeled resonators and vowel-based filters. With up to four filters routable in series, parallel or feedback configurations, plus morphable LFOs, sequencers and macros for advanced modulation, Filter Ark turns filtering into a creative instrument. Scale quantization and performance-ready presets ensure every movement is musical, unlocking expressive sound design far beyond traditional filtering.
In addition to Filter Ark, MicroAudio 22 includes a complete software suite with instruments and production tools such as Ableton Live Lite, Native Instruments Komplete Select and iZotope Ozone Elements. The warranty from KORG U.S.A Inc. covers the first buyer against any defects in material or workmanship for a 1 year from the purchase date.
