Will my instrument arrive fully assembled?
Assembling digital pianos, drums, stands, and any other items we sell is easy! With some simple instructions and the occasional screwdriver, you're all set to go. For digital pianos, you are generally only putting together the stand itself. With the help of a friend, you then place the piano portion on top of the stand and secure it with the provided screws. What should I do with these boxes?
We highly recommend keeping them around for 45 days. Many customers will flatten the boxes and put them in the garage, keeping the packing materials in a bag for easy access and storage. In the rare event that something goes wrong with your shipment, this will help us take care of you as quickly and conveniently as possible!
Do you include a receipt or invoice in my shipment?
We do not currently include receipts or invoices in boxes that we ship. In an effort to be more eco-friendly, all of that paperwork is sent electronically (and financing information is often sent via USPS). Do you gift wrap?

Will the box show what's inside?
Yes, many of our products are shipped in the manufacturer box. These will often have images, model numbers, and other text that will indicate the contents. Every package we ship is designed to be handled, loaded and unloaded from trucks, and still keep the contents free from damage or any other problems. How do freight shipments work?
In order to properly protect larger and heavier products, we ship those products using a combination of freight services based on best delivery offerings for your destination. We'll provide you with tracking information for your freight shipment within 24 hours of your order leaving our facility. This includes access to freight service website, allowing you to track the order, schedule a delivery date, and schedule a delivery window! Occasionally, some deliveries cannot be scheduled using the website. If that happens, the service will provide you with a special phone number to arrange delivery. Most deliveries take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday) within standard business hours and require a signature.
Our free shipping promotion includes threshold delivery for freight shipments. You save $250.00 in shipping! The driver will ensure that all packages are protected from the weather by placing them in the closest dry area. These include porches, garages, or just inside the threshold of the dwelling.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
A PO Box is not eligible as a delivery location for orders shipping FedEx, UPS, or Ceva. In certain circumstances, we may be able to provide an exception and ship to a PO BOX through USPS, however prior arrangements with one of our Sales Advisors would be required and the item that you are ordering must be small enough to meet the limited size requirement.
Can I ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO?
Many items can be shipped to these destinations, but it varies from item to item depending upon size. Also, due to the added costs of shipping to these destinations, these orders wouldn't qualify for the free shipping promotions we frequently run. Are there any other exceptions to free shipping?

Introducing Korg Wavestate Module: all of the features of Wavestate Mk II in a compact 19" desktop/rackmount package. Like Wavestate Mk II, Wavestate Module provides an impressive 120 stereo voices of polyphony. The 4U rackmount enclosure has the same controls as the keyboard models, yet is easily transportable and fits neatly into any studio or desktop production system.

Wavestate Module is fully compatible with the sounds and samples of the original Wavestate, Wavestate Mk II, Wavestate SE and Wavestate native software as well as many excellent third-party libraries.

MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange and Polyphonic Aftertouch support

With the latest software updates, all models of Wavestate now support MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange. Hundreds of the original factory sounds have been updated to include polyphonic aftertouch modulation; channel aftertouch is supported as well.

Rackmount and desktop

Wavestate Module is cleverly designed for both desktop and rackmount use. The panel is redesigned to fit into a standard 19" rack width, and the rear jack panel is recessed to allow easy access to cables even with gear mounted directly above. Wave Sequencing 2.0

The original Wavestation gave each step of a wave sequence a duration, a sample and a pitch. This created ear-catching repetitive patterns, giving rise to entirely new approaches to sound design. But what if the sounds could evolve in organic and unexpected ways instead of just repeating?

Wave Sequencing 2.0 separates the timing, the sequence of samples, and the melody so that each can be manipulated independently. It also adds new characteristics, including shapes, gate times and step sequencer values. Each of these is a Lane, and each Lane can have a different number of steps and its own start, end and loop points.

Every time the sequence moves forward, the individual Lanes are combined to create the output. For instance, a sample may be matched with a different duration, pitch, shape, gate length and step sequence value every time that it plays. You can modulate each Lane's start, end and loop points separately for every note, using velocity, LFOs, envelopes, Mod Knobs or other controllers. Each note in a chord can even be playing something different!

Lanes can also randomize the step order every time they play with realtime control over the range of included steps. Finally, individual steps can be randomly skipped with a modulatable probability from 0 to 100%. The result is organic, ever-changing sounds that respond to your control. The four onboard arpeggiators can interact with Wave Sequences for even more possibilities.

Easily expressive, exceptionally deep

Bursting with knobs and controllers, Wavestate Module invites you to explore. All of the basics – filter, envelopes, LFOs, effects – are at your fingertips with dedicated front panel controls. Eight programmable Mod Knobs are customized to bring out the most in every sound, often taking them in entirely new directions. Use the knobs in realtime performance and also save the results as new sounds. Add in the pitch bend and modulation wheels and the unique vector joystick and you'll always have multiple dimensions of realtime expression.

Want to dig deeper? Almost all front panel knobs and most on-screen parameters can be modulated. You can even modulate settings for individual Wave Sequence steps! Mod Processors let you transform modulation signals using quantization, smoothing, curvature and more.

Randomization that inspires

Looking for even more inspiration? A dedicated front panel button marked by a 'dice' icon generates new sounds via intelligent randomization. Randomize the entire sound or just a part of it, such as the filter, the Sample Lane or the effects. Use the results directly or as a jumping-off point for your own creations.

An arsenal of effects

Wavestate Module's superb effects deliver production-ready sounds. Each layer has three dedicated effects; additionally, the Performance has a master reverb and parametric EQ. Along with standards such as compressors, EQs, choruses, flangers, phasers and stereo delays, you'll find distinctive processors such as Wave Shaper, Talking Modulator, Reverse Delay, Multiband Mod Delay, and Overb (from Oasys), plus modeled effects including Vox guitar amps, Vox wah, multi-head tape echo and a collection of classic guitar pedals.

Choose your filter

Add vintage character to your sounds with the aggressive MS-20 low pass or high pass filters, or the strong, sweet Polysix low pass. Shape and refine with a full collection of resonant 2-pole and 4-pole low pass, high pass, band pass and band reject filters. Or step outside the box with Korg's unique Multi Filter, which creates modulatable blends of multiple modes simultaneously.

Gigabytes of samples, 96 stereo voices

Totaling in the gigabytes, Wavestate Module's sample library is more than a thousand times larger than that of the original Wavestation. That's a lot of great-sounding raw material for Wave Sequences. There's a bank of samples from Plugin Guru, brand new samples from Korg and a selection from the Nautlius, Kronos and Krome libraries. Of course, Korg also provides all of Wavestation's samples (including all options) plus a huge library of Wavestation Wave Sequences. Play up to 96 stereo voices with pristine clarity using Korg's proprietary anti-aliasing sample playback technology.

4GB of user samples

Express yourself in your own unique voice. Import up to 4GB of your own multi-samples into Wavestate Module via the free Sample Builder application for macOS and Windows. Many third-party libraries are available, too! Use your samples in Wave Sequences or as single multi-samples, just like the factory multi-samples.

Multiply by four

With all of that synthesis power, you might think Wavestate Module would play only one sound at a time. Not a chance! For even more rich and complex results, layer up to four Programs together in a Performance, each with their own effects and arpeggiator. The Vector Envelope and joystick mix the individual voices of the four layers and can also modulate any other parameters.

Set Lists and Smooth Sound Transitions

Set Lists offer effortless organization of your Wavestate Module Performances and deliver instant access at the gig or in rehearsal. Smooth Sound Transitions allow previously-played voices and effects to continue to ring out naturally, even once a new sound has been selected.

Plays well with others

Balanced stereo outputs connect to any recording or monitoring system, and a stereo headphone output is provided for private playing or onstage cueing. 5-pin DIN MIDI jacks ensure connection to other MIDI-equipped instruments and audio gear. Wavestate Module supports class-compliant USB MIDI connections to Mac and Windows computers, and Wavestate Editor/Librarian and Sample Builder programs are available as free downloads from Korg.

Editor/Librarian software

The Editor/Librarian acts as a second front panel for Wavestate Module. Realtime display of modulated parameter values and Wave Sequences gives you instant feedback on your creations. Copy and paste sounds, envelopes, LFOs, filter settings and more. Dive deep into effects with access to all internal parameters and create your own effects presets.

Free bundle of music software

Wavestate Module comes with a diverse variety of music software from Izotope including Ozone Elements, which lets you not only create songs but also master them using AI, Skoove, which will help you improve your keyboard playing skills, as well as software synths from Korg and other brands.
