Moog Muse is an eight-voice analog bi-timbral polyphonic synthesizer and the culmination of over five years of dreams, design and passion. Muse is an intuitive and powerful instrument built on the rich history of Moog that simultaneously gazes boldly into the future. This studio or performance centerpiece is driven by eight analog voices, each with two VCOs, a modulation VCO, dual VCFs and a stereo VCA – all with that recognizable, kinetic analog quality.
- Dual analog VCOs per-voice derived from Minimoog Voyager circuits with wave mixing and programmable analog FM
- Per-voice analog modulation oscillator with pre-routed destinations that can be used at audio rate as a third audio oscillator
- CP3-style saturating mixer per-voice with ring modulation, noise and either clean or saturated mix
- Dual discrete transistor ladder VCFs per voice with switchable routing configurations
- Stereo discrete transistor VCA per voice based on the Moog 902 module
- Dual ADSR envelopes per voice with variable curves, looping and velocity response – assignable to any destination
- Diffusion delay: a hypnotic stereo processor inspired by golden era vintage digital rack delays with diffusing multi-tap behavior
- Two LFOs with unique waveshapes, dedicated pitch LFO and 16 per-voice triggered random generators – all routed via 16 modulation slots per timbre, per patch

Muse was created for and by modern musicians, producers and sound designers who appreciate performance-oriented controls, intuitive knob per function layout, and 'more' menus for every module. Built for stage and studio with a 61-key Fatar keyboard with velocity and channel aftertouch, a left-hand controller with pitch and mod wheels and a programmable MACRO knob makes the experience of interacting with Muse inspiring, intriguing and innately playable.
Mesmerizing
A hypnotic stereo diffusion delay processor was inspired by golden era vintage digital rack delays with a unique and powerful set of diffusion, multi-tap and filter behaviors. Craft complex echoes and diffused tonal smears that add dimension and depth to any patch.
Arpeggiator and sequencer
In addition to Muse's creative immediacy, the powerful arpeggiator invites you to generate melodic ideas with compelling patterns and rhythms. With Muse's deep sequencer you'll unravel unique patterns and gestures; further develop these discoveries with parameter recording, generative/probabilistic functions and detailed editing of every note in the sequence. Moog warrants its products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship and conforming to specifications at the time of shipment. Inside the USA, the Warranty Period is one year from the date of purchase. If, in Moog’s determination, it has been more than five years since the product shipped from our factory, it will be at Moog’s discretion whether or not to honor the warranty without regard to the date of the purchase. During the Warranty Period, any defective products will be repaired or replaced, at Moog’s option, on a return-to-factory basis.
