QuikLok Limited 3 Year Warranty

QuikLok accessories and stands as presented in the QuikLok catalogs and websites and official promotion material from US Music Corp. are warranted to the retail purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage will commence on the date of retail purchase and will be valid for three years.

The original purchaser must provide a copy of the original sales receipt purchase to the Retailer. Warranty in non-transferrable. All warranty issues will be handled by the retailer from which the product was purchased and the original purchaser must provide a copy of the original sales receipt. US Music Corp reserves the right to repair or replace, at its discretion, any QuikLok product that is deemed to be defective. Email customer support with warranty issues.

This warranty does not cover any products that have been altered or modified or which have been damaged through misuse, negligence, lost components or parts, accidents or improper operation. Normal wear and tear, sound, plating, springs, straps, cables, screws etc. and damages in shipping and transportation are also not covered.

This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, either written or implied and is subject to the limitations contained herein. Under the terms of the agreement QuikLok and US music Corp. accepts no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages of any nature associated with the use of QuikLok products.

Warranty as outlined above covers sales in the United States only. QuikLok product not distributed by US Music Corp. is not warranted. Any QuikLok product sold or transferred to the US from any other country is not covered. Customer must contact original retailer or distributor in that region for warranty terms that apply.

The consumer is responsible for all shipping costs.

To obtain warranty service, the QuikLok product must be returned to QuikLok. A return authorization number, to be obtained from QuikLok Customer Service Department, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return shipping carton or the return will be refused.

When returning the QuikLok product for service under this warranty, a copy of the sales receipt establishing proof and time of purchase must be sent along with the QuikLok product. All freight and insurance must be prepaid by the owner/sender.

You must maintain this product, without alteration, negligent use, misuse or abuse. All services of this product must be performed by QuikLok. Any service performed on this product by other than QuikLok, or not specifically authorized by QuikLok, will terminate this warranty.
