Teenage Engineering products come with a one-year limited warranty for the original owner, starting from the purchase date, with a six-month warranty for rechargeable batteries. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required for warranty service. During the warranty period, repairs are free for parts and labor. However, the warranty does not cover damages from misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, physical damage, improper installation, power surges, liquid contamination, or other external causes. Products bought as ex-demo, refurbished, or second-hand are also excluded from warranty coverage.
