If a product becomes obsolete but qualifies for warranty repair, it will be replaced with a comparable product. The warranty excludes damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs. Warranty repairs or replacements are free, including return shipping, but the customer must cover initial shipping to Ultimate Support.
