Sound Engine
At the core of the Legend One series is the Legend Soul Engine, combining TMT (Tonewheel Modeling Technology) and HDS sampling. With 91 modeled tonewheels, it faithfully recreates iconic organs such as the B3 (1938), C3 (1955), and A100 (1961), delivering rich harmonic detail and realistic response.
Voices and Performance Modes
Beyond organ tones, the Legend One includes 119 additional sounds covering acoustic and electric pianos, synths, strings, brass, and more. Sound 1, Sound 2, and a dedicated Pedal Section allow for splits and layers, while the Bass Section provides 22 bass sounds including tonewheel, pipe, and synth options. Single, Split, and Dual modes, along with transpose and octave shift functions, support flexible performance setups.
Keyboard and Control
Both Legend One models feature a semi-weighted waterfall keyboard designed for expressive organ playing and portability. The 61-key version prioritizes compact size and minimal weight, while the 73-key version offers extended range for more expansive splits and performance techniques. Four touch curves plus a fixed option allow the response to be tailored to playing style. Hands-on control is provided by 20 physical drawbars and a clear 128×64 OLED display, with 396 user programs stored across 99 banks.
Effects and Rotary Speaker
The Legend One series features two insert effects and one master effect, offering 14 effect types including tremolo, vibrato, chorus, phaser, flanger, and delay. Spring, plate, and tape reverbs add depth, while the master EQ enables precise tonal shaping. The advanced rotary speaker emulation includes eight presets and one user setting, with adjustable mic placement, drum and horn balance, overdrive, and additional amp modeling options such as “Memphis” mode.
Connectivity
Comprehensive connectivity includes main and auxiliary audio outputs, headphone output, MIDI In/Out, USB to Host and Device, and an 11-pin connector for external rotary speakers. Pedal inputs support expression pedals, rotary switches, and foot controllers for seamless integration into live and studio rigs.
Dual-Manual Expansion
The Legend One can be expanded into a full dual-manual organ setup when paired with an optional Viscount Legend One Lower Manual. Also available in 61 and 73 key models. This dedicated lower keyboard integrates seamlessly with Ledgend One, providing an authentic two-manual playing experience while preserving the portability of the Legend One design. For players who prefer non-standard layouts you can even pair a 61-key Legend ONE with a 73-key lower manual The result is a compact, high-performance dual-manual organ system without the size, weight, or cost of a traditional console.
