Audient ASP880 is an audio powerhouse designed with expandability in mind, making it the perfect addition to your audio interface. Tackle any project with the renowned Audient Console mic preamp, the same all-discrete high grade op amp circuit design found in the renowned ASP8024-HE recording console. Designed to deliver ultra-low noise and low distortion with a touch of classic analog warmth, ASP880's eight Audient Console mic pres will give you the professional sound you deserve.

Confidently capture your microphones and line level instruments with ASP880's class-leading converter technology. By providing the cleanest signal path possible, ASP880 makes sure you capture every nuance, every detail of your audio, letting you focus on getting the most from your session.
ASP880 lets you bypass the mic pres and converters in your current interface and achieve the same audio excellence as the top studios. Using the ADC inputs, ASP880 can also operate as a standalone A-D converter, allowing you to feed the ADC from other sources such as alternative mic pres.
As well as offering you 8 channels of Audient mic pres, ASP880 has two harmonically rich JFET DI inputs. Designed to replicate the input stage of a classic valve amplifier, you can plug your guitar, bass, keyboard or drum machine straight in and start recording instantly.
Variable impedance enables you to match the impedance of the mic pre to your favorite ribbon mic, letting you retain the punch and frequency response the mic was born with. It also works on your other mics, just more subtly. Take control of your signal with the variable high pass filter: remove unwanted low frequencies, prevent proximity effect and tighten up your low end with a range of 25Hz to 250Hz. The result is a clean, ready-to-record signal.
ASP880 has been designed to last. Its all-metal construction and hand-milled aluminum knobs will stand up to countless late nights in the studio and days on the road. All this in 1RU!
