When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders will ship within one business day. Oversize instruments that ship with our freight delivery service may require an extra business day or two to be prepped for shipment.
In order to keep the online ordering experience safe and secure, all expedited orders, orders shipping to an address other than the billing, and orders with incorrect billing information are held for review. These orders may require additional verification and confirmation prior to shipping. We will contact you as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays, so keep an eye on your phone and email.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Tracking emails are automatically sent to you after the order has shipped. If you didn't receive the email, be sure to check your Junk or Spam folders. Then contact a Sales Advisor at help@kraftmusic.com or 800-783-3368 and we'll get that tracking to you right away!
Can I expedite my order?
While we cover standard ground shipments on most orders, expedited options are available for non-freight shipments! Contact a Sales Advisor for a quote at help@kraftmusic.com or 800-783-3368. Please note, expedited orders must be placed with a Sales Advisor by 12:00 Noon CT to ensure departure on the same business day.
Will my instrument arrive fully assembled?
Assembling digital pianos, drums, stands, and any other items we sell is easy! With some simple instructions and the occasional screwdriver, you're all set to go. For digital pianos, you are generally only putting together the stand itself. With the help of a friend, you then place the piano portion on top of the stand and secure it with the provided screws. What should I do with these boxes?
We highly recommend keeping them around for 45 days. Many customers will flatten the boxes and put them in the garage, keeping the packing materials in a bag for easy access and storage. In the rare event that something goes wrong with your shipment, this will help us take care of you as quickly and conveniently as possible!
Do you include a receipt or invoice in my shipment?
We do not currently include receipts or invoices in boxes that we ship. In an effort to be more eco-friendly, all of that paperwork is sent electronically (and financing information is often sent via USPS). Do you gift wrap?

Will the box show what's inside?
Yes, many of our products are shipped in the manufacturer box. These will often have images, model numbers, and other text that will indicate the contents. Every package we ship is designed to be handled, loaded and unloaded from trucks, and still keep the contents free from damage or any other problems. How do freight shipments work?
In order to properly protect larger and heavier products, we ship those products using a combination of freight services based on best delivery offerings for your destination. We'll provide you with tracking information for your freight shipment within 24 hours of your order leaving our facility. This includes access to freight service website, allowing you to track the order, schedule a delivery date, and schedule a delivery window! Occasionally, some deliveries cannot be scheduled using the website. If that happens, the service will provide you with a special phone number to arrange delivery. Most deliveries take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday) within standard business hours and require a signature.
Our free shipping promotion includes threshold delivery for freight shipments. You save $250.00 in shipping! The driver will ensure that all packages are protected from the weather by placing them in the closest dry area. These include porches, garages, or just inside the threshold of the dwelling.
While these services do not include assembly, our knowledgeable staff of Sales Advisors can talk you through the easy and quick process. Can I ship to a PO Box?
A PO Box is not eligible as a delivery location for orders shipping FedEx, UPS, or Ceva. In certain circumstances, we may be able to provide an exception and ship to a PO BOX through USPS, however prior arrangements with one of our Sales Advisors would be required and the item that you are ordering must be small enough to meet the limited size requirement.
Can I ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO?
Many items can be shipped to these destinations, but it varies from item to item depending upon size. Also, due to the added costs of shipping to these destinations, these orders wouldn't qualify for the free shipping promotions we frequently run. But Kraft Music will cover the cost of shipping to the nearest coast! All you would pay is the remainder. Contact a Sales Advisor for a quote at help@kraftmusic.com or 800-783-3368. Please be sure to include your postal/zip code for the quickest and most accurate quotes.
Are there any other exceptions to free shipping?
*On occasion, orders shipped to remote locations may not qualify for free shipping. A Kraft Music representative will reach out to you if our carriers are unable to deliver your order under our free shipping threshold. Orders shipped to the far reaches of North Dakota and Texas or the islands in the Pacific Northwest, for example, may not be able to ship for free. We will do everything we can to accommodate you!
Do you ship to Puerto Rico and other countries outside of the United States?
Due to our dealer agreements, we are only authorized to ship our products to addresses within the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia). We also cannot ship to freight forwarding facilities. Be sure to check with your local store for product availability in your country.

DTX10K-X is the flagship of the DTX lineup, combining the functionality of electronic drums with the sheer beauty of their acoustic counterparts. No compromise has been made in recording the instrument sounds. The DTX-PROX sounds have been fine-tuned to naturally follow the drummer's performance and allow for maximum expression. Performances by leading Yamaha drums artists were recorded and mixed by a team of recording engineers to provide the final instrument samples in the module.

For Kit Modifier, the experience of Yamaha and its drum voicing that has been cultivated over many years has been condensed into three knobs: AMBIENCE, COMP and EFFECT. With the simple twist of a knob, it is possible to express a wide range of sounds from natural/acoustic to the unique sounds created by professional engineers and producers.

Seven LED rotary faders can be used to change the parameters of all the instruments. With the fader select knob you can select your preferred option from six presets (with 14 sub presets) and control it intuitively with the LED rotary faders. Additionally, the LED rotary faders can be used to control connected external devices and DAW software in studio and live situations.

Yamaha TCS (textured cellular silicone) heads feature a unique internal structure that provides a realistic response with realistic hardness and rebound, as well as a treated surface that prevents stick sliding. The result is a natural drum feel that encourages you to keep playing.

The pads feature wooden birch drum shells made and painted at Yamaha acoustic drum factories. The badges, lugs and hoops are also standard acoustic drum parts. These shells offer the presence and beauty of authentic acoustic drums and give this kit great stage appeal.

The KP128 kick pad uses a two-ply Remo head and features a unique three-layer cushion structure that offers the perfect feel with unparalleled comfort, regardless of the strength of the stroke. Everything from light hits to strong hits is equally comfortable to play. The 12" playing surface boasts both presence and portability, while the whole bass drum structure is incredibly stable and durable.

All cymbal pads feature 3 zones – meaning they produce different sounds at the edge, bow and cup – as well as choke and mute functionality. The ride cymbal is equipped with a hit point detection function, allowing it to reproduce delicate stick work.

RS10-HXR is the DTX10 series rack system featuring Hex Rack II, a rack system for acoustic drums. Its appearance boasts an overwhelming presence that looks great everywhere, especially on stage.

Suitable for everything from playing at home to performing live and recording, the DTX-PROX module is equipped with eight individual outputs and a matrix that allows routing sounds to any output. The aux in jack sockets can receive the monitor signal from a PA system and can also be routed to different locations. The USB port can be directly connected to a computer or smart device with a cable to send and receive audio and MIDI. Furthermore, it's equipped with MIDI in/out to allow you to connect to MIDI devices. The Bluetooth function allows you to easily connect smart devices, and you can also record your playing and audio from other devices to USB flash memory.

DTX-PROX also comes with a download code for the latest version of Cubase AI, the powerful music production software.
